A qualified and experienced Civil Engineer, with an experience of more than 36 years, Mr. Shah is a Charismatic Personality who believes in surpassing his own limits and records. With such a wide spectrum of domains, Mr. Shah has been an astounding professional – delivering flawless services in each and every arena. Widely recognized as a Technocrat and a Top Management Professional, his experience, skills and knowledge has carved a path for many successful projects.
Roles and Responsibilities as Management Professional and Technocrat:
Extensive experience in formulating strategic plans and also in establishing entire operations with key focus on profitability. Has developed Multi-Storied Building, Hotels, Offices, Real Estate Projects, Residences, Group Housing, Villas, Hospital, Schools, Factory buildings, Farm Houses and more. Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts and time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects in the most optimum manner while considering cost parameters while making the best utilization of available resources. Organizing project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking. Recommending procurement plans/bidding strategies for an efficient completion of project. Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements. Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities as Site & Construction Management:
Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans/ manuals to ensure high-quality standards during all stages of project. Identifying & developing a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost. Coordinating with vendors for engineering activities like reviewing of detail drawings with various pre- engineered building; coordinating with other disciplines for preparation of layouts. Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
Er. Aman Shah
Aman Shah is a young and qualified civil engineer, holds bachelor of technology in civil engineering field. He joined Silver Sand Associates. In 2018 & reactivate our old firm Shah & Shah Associates in 2024. His craving for knowledge based experience in this field makes him soperfect to work with him. His creative and charming personality allows him to create a good client relationship. He is very good in team building and leading the team strategically. Since 2018-22, he involved in High End Finishing Projects in Qatar (Middle East).

Geeta Alodia
(Architect, Urban Designer, Academician)
She has a proven track record as an Architect with extensive experience in Master Planning and Designing projects in various sectors, including hospitals, offices, residential, commercial, institutional, and group housing, etc. She embarked on
her architectural career in 1996, gaining expertise in preparing a wide range of architectural drawings. Geeta’s passion for architectural design and sustainable development led her to higher education, earning a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from SPA, Delhi, and a postgraduate diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development (IGNOU). These qualifications have provided her with a solid foundation for diverse Architectural, Urban Design, and Research Development projects.
She possesses exceptional design and project management skills, including formulating strategies, overseeing project initiation and conceptual phases, and managing the design delivery stages. She has a wealth of experience in identifying opportunities and supporting clients’ business objectives through urban, landscape, and architectural design solutions, with a strong focus on economic viability and sustainability. Over the years, she has worked as an Architect, Urban Designer, Academician, Design Leader, and Researcher. Her recent research paper, titled “Analyzing the Current Rental Housing Situation for Migrant Workers in Delhi,” has been published in the International Journal of Housing and Human Settlement Planning.
